मै लिखता चला गया

                       मै लिखता चला गया            

हुनर नहीं था मुझमे,कुछ लिखने का।

लोग पढ़ते चले गये,मै लिखता चला गया।

काफिला बनता चला गया,मै लिखता चला गया।

लिखता हूँ क्या मुझे पता नहीं।

लोग पढ़ते चले गये,मै लिखता चला गया।।

       जो सोचता हूँ ,वही लिख देता हूँ अक्सर।

       लोगों को छू जाती ,मेरी यही लेखन।

       क्या छंद है क्या दोहा,मुझे कुछ नहीं समझ।

       जो लिखता हूँ वही लोगों को आ जाती है पसंद।

       हुनर नहीं थी मुझे,कुछ लिखने की।।

चंद लाइनों से शुरू किया था मैंने ये सफर।

अब लिखता हूँ दो चार लाइने बेहतर।

कोशिश करता हूँ मैं,लिखूं और जादा बेहतर।

हर रोज़ सोचता हूँ,कैसे लिखूं बेहतर।।

       इतना पढ़ते हैं सभी,लेखन को अब मेरी।

       लिखता नहीं था कभी मै, मुझे लेखक बना दिया।

       हुनर नहीं था मुझमे,कुछ लिखने की।

       लोग पढ़ते चले गये, मै लिखता चला गया।।

 I think everyday how to write better.

 Everyone studies so much, now my writing.

 I never used to write, made me a writer.

 I did not have the skill to write anything in me.

 People went on reading, I went on writing.
